Blox Store Policies

We ship all items ordered within 2 weeks of the date of order. We ship bloxes using UPS Ground when the recipient is in the US. We ship bloxes to all other countries using the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail International service.

Bloxes will only grant refunds on orders canceled in the first 24 hours after a purchase is made. Please contact Bloxes LLC by email at info@bloxes.com to apply for a refund or replacement.
